Clinical Supervision & Professional Consultation

Grow with Confidence. Practice with Purpose.

Whether you’re working toward independent licensure or are already licensed and looking for continued clinical support, supervision offers a space to deepen your skills, strengthen your clinical judgment, and navigate the challenges of therapeutic work with confidence.

I believe supervision should be collaborative, supportive, and thought-provoking. My goal is to help clinicians develop confidence in their clinical decision-making while remaining grounded in ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practice.

Drawing from my extensive experience working with survivors of interpersonal violence, human trafficking, and complex trauma, I enjoy helping clinicians think critically about cases, explore therapeutic interventions, and grow into the clinicians they aspire to be.

Clinical Supervision for Preliminary Licensees (LSWs & LACs)

Working toward independent licensure is an exciting and demanding stage of your career. Quality supervision is more than a licensing requirement—it’s an opportunity to build confidence, refine your clinical skills, and develop your professional identity.

During our weekly supervision meetings, we’ll explore topics such as:

  • Case conceptualization
  • Trauma-informed treatment
  • Ethical decision-making
  • Treatment planning
  • Transference and countertransference
  • Clinical documentation
  • Managing challenging cases
  • Building confidence as a therapist
  • Professional development and self-care

My approach balances support with thoughtful clinical challenge. I strive to create an environment where questions are welcomed, and uncertainty becomes an opportunity for learning. My hope is that you leave supervision feeling more prepared for your work with clients.

Peer Supervision & Clinical Consultation

Clinical growth doesn’t end once you’re independently licensed.

Many therapists, especially those in private practice, find themselves missing the collaboration that naturally comes with working on a team. Others are navigating difficult cases, experiencing uncertainty around treatment decisions, or simply looking for a trusted colleague to help them think through complex clinical situations.

Peer supervision provides a confidential, collaborative space to reflect, consult, and continue growing as a clinician.

Consultation may include:

  • Complex trauma cases
  • Difficult therapeutic dynamics
  • Transference and countertransference
  • Ethical questions
  • Case conceptualization
  • Burnout and professional sustainability
  • Building confidence in private practice
  • Clinical decision-making

Whether you’re newly independently licensed, an experienced clinician seeking another perspective, or a solo practitioner wanting consistent professional support, consultation can help you feel more connected and confident in your work.

My Approach to Supervision

I view supervision as a partnership built on curiosity, respect, and collaboration. Rather than focusing solely on techniques, I encourage supervisees to develop confidence in their clinical reasoning and trust in themselves as therapists.

You’ll receive constructive feedback, practical guidance, and a supportive environment where you can openly discuss successes, challenges, and questions without fear of judgment.

My hope is that supervision becomes one of the most meaningful parts of your professional development, not simply a requirement to complete.

Is Supervision Right for You?

Supervision may be a good fit if you are:

  • Working toward independent licensure (LSW or LAC)
  • Newly independently licensed and looking for continued mentorship
  • A solo practitioner seeking regular consultation
  • Feeling stuck with a client or clinical issue
  • Looking to strengthen your trauma-informed practice
  • Interested in ongoing professional growth and reflection

I’d welcome the opportunity to support you as you continue developing your confidence, competence, and clinical identity.
