Healing from trauma is a process of understanding your experiences, reconnecting with yourself, and building a future beyond what happened to you.
I provide virtual therapy for women and teen girls (ages 13+) experiencing:
Using evidence-based approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), we work collaboratively to help you heal and move forward.
Immigration cases often involve deeply personal experiences of trauma, violence, persecution, and hardship.
I provide trauma-informed psychological evaluations for:
With experience working alongside immigration attorneys and serving immigrant communities, I understand both the clinical and legal context surrounding these evaluations.
My goal is to provide a compassionate evaluation process while producing a thorough, objective report that accurately reflects each individual’s experiences.
Becoming a skilled clinician requires more than completing clinical hours—it requires reflection, support, and opportunities for growth.
I provide:
Supervision provides a space to discuss clinical challenges, case conceptualization, trauma-informed interventions, ethical considerations, and the emotional experiences that arise in therapeutic work.
Customized presentations and trauma-informed trainings for healthcare organizations, schools, nonprofits, legal professionals, and community groups on human trafficking, trauma, and survivor-centered care.
Areas of expertise include:
My work has always centered on supporting people through some of life’s most difficult experiences.
For more than a decade, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals heal from trauma while also equipping professionals and organizations with the knowledge and tools to better serve those impacted by trauma. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with survivors of interpersonal violence, human trafficking, abuse, and other traumatic experiences in clinical, advocacy, and legal settings. These experiences have shaped the way I understand healing, not simply as symptom reduction, but as helping people regain a sense of safety, agency, and connection.
In addition to providing therapy, I conduct immigration psychological evaluations, offer clinical supervision, and provide training and consultation to professionals and organizations seeking to build trauma-informed practices. Whether I’m working with an individual, mentoring a clinician, collaborating with an attorney, or educating a community, I bring the same commitment to compassion, clinical excellence, and evidence-based care.
My goal is simple: to create spaces where people feel heard, respected, and empowered to move forward with confidence and hope.
Recognizing the impact of trauma while prioritizing safety, trust, and empowerment.
My work is informed by evidence-based treatment, trauma research, clinical experience, and years of specialized work with vulnerable populations.
Healing and growth happen through partnership. Whether you are a client, attorney, organization, or clinician, I believe meaningful progress comes from working together.

Trauma doesn’t exist in a vacuum. It influences mental health, relationships, physical well-being, professional development, and interactions with legal and community systems.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals at many different points in that journey. Those experiences continue to shape how I approach every client, supervisee, evaluation, and training.
I believe that when people are supported with compassion, knowledge, and integrity, meaningful change becomes possible, not only for individuals, but for the professionals and communities that serve them.
